biography.
PALICASNYC = "Pisces Aquarius Long Island City Art Studio New York City."
Aquarius started painting in 1982, moved by a strong desire to create art. He has studied art in NYC, Barcelona, Venice and other places (but he didn't learn much anywhere, so he does whatever his abilities allow him, and he's very happy so.)
Pisces began drawing as soon as she could start walking, getting to any and every surface she could reach. She studied fine art in Frank Sinatra High School.
